    Compensation:

    This is an opportunity with unlimited growth potential for the right individual with a highly incentive-structured compensation package starting at $50-70k base (negotiable for candidates with large books of business) with OTE of $100k+ in year 1 and opportunity to earn over $200k after book of business is developed in year 2 and beyond. For candidates with established and transferable books of business, 200k-500k per year OTE is more than possible within the first 3 years.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Pipeline Development: Create and manage your own pipeline using our relationship-focused approach. Your mission will be to identify and engage new prospects, using creative and persistent strategies.

    CRM Management: Keep our CRM updated with essential details of your client interactions.

    Client Communication: Maintain regular contact with your clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.

    Sales Outreach: Lead sales appointments generated through various outreach methods, including cold calls, warm calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other strategic campaigns.

    Client Reviews: Conduct quarterly business reviews to ensure ongoing satisfaction and address any client needs.

    Consultative Selling: Be trained in market knowledge and industry standards to offer consultative advice and accurate quotes to clients.

    Collaboration: Work closely with the carrier account managers and the operations team to seamlessly onboard and manage new accounts.
