We specialize in standardized tech solutions across various industries, including private schools, healthcare companies, property management, and grocery stores. As the sole IT support for our clients, we handle their networks, upgrades, and device support with dedication and precision.

Position Overview: We are seeking a Senior Network & Cloud/Systems Administrator to join our team. This senior technician will be responsible for:

Network and Server Maintenance and Upgrades

Cloud Migrations to Azure, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace

Cloud Administration

Escalation point for Tier1/2 Technicians

Project Management

Key Responsibilities:

Perform network and server maintenance and upgrades

Manage and execute cloud migrations to Azure, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace tenants

Administer and maintain cloud environments and services

Monitor, manage and implement client networks, firewalls, switches, and routers

Support staff members and maintain client devices

Collaborate daily with the Head of IT to review task lists and projects

Escalation Point and Team lead for Tier1/2 technicians

Schedule:

Hours: 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM, Sunday through Thursday

Location: Primarily based in our Sherman Oaks HQ, with occasional travel to our Van Nuys and Satellite offices

Qualifications:

Proven experience in network and server maintenance and upgrades

Expertise in Azure, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace cloud migrations and administration

Strong knowledge of monitoring client networks, firewalls, switches, and routers

Ability to support staff members and maintain client devices

Must reside within a 30–45-minute drive from our Sherman Oaks HQ

CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert & and Elective Exam of your choosing but run by management for approval. Certs can be achieved while on the job but will be required by certain dates as part of the hire agreement.
