We are expanding our team with a dedicated Senior Office Administrator to manage high-volume communications, generate leads from our customer base, and identify new business opportunities.
Position Overview The Senior Office Administrator will oversee administrative and all call center functions, focusing on lead generation and customer relationship management. This role will leverage our customer database to create new opportunities, identify marketing sources, nurture past client relationships, and streamline call center operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Utilize the existing customer database to identify new sales opportunities, determine the marketing source of each lead, reconnect with prior customers, and create meaningful engagement.
High-Volume Call Management: Manage inbound and outbound calls, ensuring each customer receives prompt, courteous assistance, and effective follow-up.
Customer Service Excellence: Address customer inquiries, schedule appointments, and provide information on our products and services.
Data Entry and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and scheduling, using CRM software to track lead generation metrics.
Coordination with Sales Team: Work closely with sales and project management to align lead generation efforts with business goals and ensure smooth hand-offs.
Reporting and Performance Metrics: Track lead generation, call volume metrics, and customer satisfaction to optimize performance and refine strategies.
Qualifications
Experience: 2-5 years in office administration, customer service, or lead generation, preferably in a high-call-volume or sales-focused environment.
Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Tech Proficiency: Skilled in CRM systems and office software (Microsoft Office Suite).
Organizational Skills: Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail in data management.
Customer-Driven Approach: Ability to engage customers professionally and with empathy, nurturing relationships and generating trust.
Sales Acumen: Experience in lead generation, sales support, or similar roles is a plus.
