Responsibilities: • Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of all departments • Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity • Manage a team of department heads and provide guidance and leadership • Analyze financial data and create reports to inform decision-making and strategic planning • Collaborate with senior leadership to set and achieve organizational goals Qualifications: • Mobile Home Parks or Communities experience is required • 5+ years of experience in property management • Regional-level management experience preferred • Proven management experience leading teams • Strong understanding of US work authorization laws • Resides in Texas • Familiarity with property management software and systems • Alignment with our values: Results, Ownership, and Integrity.
