    Job Description: We are seeking a Senior Practice Consultant – Immigration to manage and support the virtual staff provided to immigration law firms. In this role, you will work with clients to ensure that virtual assistants (VAs) are helping drive the growth of their immigration practices by enhancing efficiency and client service.

    Responsibilities:

    Manage the virtual staff assigned to immigration law firms, ensuring they meet the specific needs and goals of the firms.

    Collaborate with law firm leadership to assess staffing needs and ensure the VAs are contributing effectively to the firm’s growth and operations.

    Monitor the performance of virtual staff, providing guidance and feedback to improve productivity and effectiveness.

    Work with law firms to identify areas for growth and improvement using the support of virtual staff.

    Act as the primary contact for law firms regarding the management and development of virtual staff, ensuring their alignment with the firm’s objectives.

    Assist in developing and refining workflows and processes to ensure efficient operations with the help of virtual assistants.

    Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction with the virtual staffing solutions and to address any concerns or improvements needed.

    Track and report on KPIs related to the virtual staff’s performance and their impact on firm growth.

    Requirements:

    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field.

    Experience managing virtual staff or remote teams, particularly within the legal or immigration field.

    Strong communication and client relationship management skills, with the ability to collaborate with both clients and virtual teams.

    Experience in coaching and mentoring virtual staff to achieve high performance.

    Knowledge of immigration law is a plus but not required.

    Proficiency in virtual collaboration tools and project management platforms.

    A client-focused mindset with a strong desire to contribute to firm growth and success.
