    We are looking for an experienced Senior Practice Consultant (SPC) to join our team at LegalSoft. This role focuses on managing client relationships with law firms, particularly in the Personal Injury sector, while ensuring the satisfaction, retention, and growth of our clients. The ideal candidate will have a background as a Case Manager, Paralegal, or Operations Manager in a Personal Injury firm and will be skilled in managing multiple accounts, upselling services, and optimizing the performance of Virtual Assistants (VAs).

    Key Responsibilities:

    Manage a portfolio of law firm clients (Personal Injury focus), ensuring retention, satisfaction, and growth.

    Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders and serve as the primary point of contact.

    Collaborate with law firms to assess their needs and match them with LegalSoft’s Virtual Assistant and service offerings.

    Drive new sales, cross-sell, and upsell services such as website development, social media management, and additional staffing.

    Monitor VA performance and client satisfaction, ensuring high engagement and quality service delivery.

    Track account metrics including revenue, profit margins, VA placements, client satisfaction, and engagement.

    Work closely with the Client Success Managers (CSMs) to ensure consistent communication and support for clients and virtual assitants.

    Prevent client poaching by proactively identifying and addressing concerns related to VAs.

    Prepare and present reports on client evolution, revenue tracking, and client engagement to leadership.

    Qualifications:

    Minimum 3 years of experience in Case Management, Paralegal, or Operations roles in a Personal Injury law firm.

    Strong understanding of Personal Injury law firm operations, processes, and pain points.

    Proven experience in managing client relationships and driving revenue growth.

    Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

    Ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks in a fast-paced environment.

    Familiarity with Virtual Assistant services or experience in legal staffing is a plus.

    Strong organizational and time management skills.

    Proficiency with CRM software and other sales management tools.
