    Senior Pre-Sales Solutions Expert (ERP)

    This role involves leading client discovery and solution demonstrations, aligning enterprise resource planning (ERP) technology with prospective client business needs. The individual will serve as a technical and business subject matter expert, supporting the sales process.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and refine compelling demonstration scripts tailored to client needs.
    • Conduct engaging solution demonstrations for key stakeholders, emphasizing value and alignment with client objectives.
    • Analyze and understand complex client business requirements and industry-specific challenges.
    • Provide expert technical and business guidance to the sales team.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
    • Deliver impactful demonstrations at industry events and client meetings.
    • Perform detailed requirements analysis and contribute to project estimates, proposals, and statements of work.
    • Assist in the creation of marketing content, including webinars and videos.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, sales) on strategic projects.
    • Maintain current knowledge of ERP product offerings and updates.
    • Contribute to achieving established sales targets.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Minimum 3 years of experience in ERP pre-sales solutions or implementation (ideally with the specified ERP system or a similar platform).
    • Strong understanding of the ERP sales process.
    • Demonstrated success in delivering effective demonstrations, driving upsells, and achieving sales quotas.
    • Ability to translate complex business problems into viable technology solutions.
    • Proficiency in the specified ERP system and related applications.
    • Comprehensive understanding of ERP principles and functionalities.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
    • Strong presentation skills, both written and verbal.
    • Willingness to travel as required.
