Position Title: Senior Pricing Analyst
Location: Hybrid Role (West Palm Beach, FL location only, 3 in office, 2 WFH, with occasional flexibility as needs pop up). 

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Pricing Analyst to join our team, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping pricing strategies that enhance profitability and market positioning. The successful candidate will have a strong grasp of market trends, cost analyses, and competitive landscapes, particularly within the eCommerce environment. This role demands exceptional analytical abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and effective cross-departmental collaboration.

Core Responsibilities:

• Strategy Formulation: Design and execute pricing strategies that support both new and existing products, aimed at optimizing profitability and expanding market share.
• Cost Analysis: Review and analyze production costs and cost structures to establish pricing models that align with financial objectives.
• Market Research: Perform in-depth market research and competitive analysis to uncover pricing trends, customer behaviors, and market opportunities.
• Data Utilization: Employ advanced data analysis methods and tools to predict the impact of pricing decisions and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Team Collaboration: Engage with teams across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product Development to ensure pricing strategies are aligned with broader business goals and market realities.
• Model Development: Construct and sustain pricing models, focusing on price elasticity and benchmarking against competitors, to support strategic decision-making.
• Reporting: Generate and present regular pricing reports to senior management, offering key insights and actionable recommendations.

Key Qualifications:

• Professional Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years in pricing analysis or a comparable role within the manufacturing sector.
• Skill Set:
  • Proficiency in financial and pricing analysis with a strong analytical mindset.
  • Advanced expertise in Excel, SQL, and experience with pricing software/tools.
  • Strong ability to interpret complex data and translate it into practical strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail.

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. An MBA or other advanced degree is advantageous.
