We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Pricing and Promotions Analyst to join our team. This role is critical in executing and analyzing our pricing and promotional strategies, ensuring they align with our business objectives and drive growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, experience in data infrastructure, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
What you'll do here:
Data Infrastructure and Analysis:
Support the setup and execution of pricing and promotions data infrastructure, including building and maintaining data tables for pricing and client segment analysis.
Ensure the data infrastructure is robust, accurate, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
Model Maintenance and Forecasting:
Assist in maintaining fee setting models and pricing and promotions performance forecasting tools.
Support building forecasts and projections, collaborating with finance on revenue planning, and conducting pricing consults with franchisees.
Pricing Execution:
Set fees for corporate locations within fee management, execute all promotions within the promotion engine.
Communicate fee and promotion changes to field leadership.
Performance Evaluation and Reporting:
Develop frameworks to evaluate pricing and promotions performance.
Monitor pricing and promotions performance, update weekly reports for executive review, and generate insights and opportunities for approach adjustments.
Field Support and Troubleshooting:
Provide support to field leaders in troubleshooting pricing and promotion concerns.
Address system issues as needed.
Pricing Test Design and Execution:
Assist in developing pricing tests, collaborate with stakeholders, execute tests in systems, monitor performance, and report results.
Skills you'll bring for success:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in pricing strategy, promotions, or a similar role.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, KNIME, Qlik).
Excellent project management skills with a track record of executing complex initiatives.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Salary / Compensation:
Annual salary range: $100,000 - $115,000
Annual performance bonus: 10%
