Drive industry innovation as a Senior Product Engineering Manager! You’ll be instrumental in guiding the Engineering team to deliver cutting-edge products and processes that transform industries. You’ll collaborate with Product Management, Quality, and Operations teams to ensure project success across scope, schedule, quality, and budget. Reporting directly to the VP of Product Management and Engineering, this role calls for a dynamic leader to oversee a portfolio of over 6,000 products, create new IP, and incorporate customer feedback to fuel our mission of industry-leading solutions. A travel component of 10% will allow you to engage directly with customers and drive improvement through VOC feedback.

Responsibilities:

• Align and Lead: Set your team’s vision, aligning activities with financial and strategic goals.

• Ignite Product Development: Lead high-impact product and VAVE projects, setting clear requirements, project goals, and roadmaps.

• Manage for Consistency: Direct the product stage-gate process, ensuring consistent, innovative results that meet VOC and margin goals.

• Streamline Engineering Changes: Oversee Engineering Change processes across the portfolio, ensuring high-quality, timely implementation.

• Resolve Quality Challenges: Partner with Engineering and Quality teams to address issues and implement solutions.

• Innovate in Design: Cultivate a Design for Manufacturability (DFM) mindset, fostering a culture of creativity and engineering excellence.

Qualifications:

• Expertise in Engineering: 7+ years in mechanical or product engineering, ideally with experience in manufacturing or building materials.

• Process Mastery: Proficiency in Six Sigma, LEAN principles, and stage-gate management.

• Leadership Skills: 3+ years managing direct reports, with a history of driving results and fostering team growth.

• Cross-Functional Drive: Collaborative skills to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams and meet project milestones.
