    As Senior Product Manager for Strategy and Portfolio Planning, you will spearhead global upstream marketing efforts for the cardiovascular product line at Bracco Medical Technologies/ACIST Medical, concentrating primarily on PCI Optimization, which includes advanced modalities in intravascular imaging and physiology. We are seeking a dynamic leader interested in accelerating their portfolio planning experiences and shaping the future of BMT/ACIST.

    Responsibilities will include building deep market and customer insights, identifying new growth opportunities, collaborating with cross-functional partners, engaging with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), driving opportunity assessment, and refining portfolio roadmap.

    Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Market Analysis & Portfolio Strategy: Analyze global market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new product and market opportunities, defining “where to play” and shaping the portfolio strategy.
    • Voice of Customer (VOC): Conduct primary and secondary market research, including clinical trend analysis and engagement with KOLs, Advisory Boards, and regional teams, to define customer needs and product requirements.
    • Opportunity Assessment & Business Case Development: Assess market opportunities through segmentation, access, margin, and strategic alignment. Develop market models and build compelling business cases for portfolio investments.
    • Product Lifecycle Management - Play a key role in directing product life cycle management, End of Life, and next generation planning.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with R&D, clinical, regulatory, global regions, and operations to support portfolio strategy and product development initiatives.
    • Evidence & Claims Management: Develop and manage a claims matrix and evidence plan to support commercial market entry and future pipeline discussions.
    • Physician Engagement: Facilitate hands-on product demonstrations and presentations for physicians, supporting ongoing pipeline and product discussions.
    • Product Roadmap Development Owns customer input, market data and development of the strategic direction of product road map.

    Required Skills

    Minimum

    • BS/BA in marketing, engineering, science, or a related health science field.
    • 5+ years of experience in portfolio planning or upstream marketing in global medical devices.
    • Proven ability to communicate business opportunities and strategic recommendations at all organizational levels, including at the executive level.
    • Ability to develop collaborative relationships with key functional areas including Product Development, Regulatory and Clinical, Finance and other related functions.
    • Experience working in coordination with cross-functional and global teams while balancing stakeholder needs
    • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, including financial modeling and quantitative analysis.
    • Demonstrated experience working with KOLs and physician collaborators.

    Preferred:

    • Catheter based interventional medical device experience; interventional cardiology and intravascular imaging experience preferred.

    Other:

    • Ability to travel domestically and internationally (15%- 20% annually)
