Position Overview:
T12 Technologies, LLC seeks a Senior Product Manager to join our team on a PRN (as-needed basis) to drive product strategy, development, and execution. The Senior Product Manager will oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring that our products align with customer needs and company objectives. This role requires close collaboration with engineering, marketing, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Vision: Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Ensure alignment of product strategy with company objectives.
Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the product throughout the entire lifecycle, from concept to launch. Monitor product performance and iterate based on market feedback.
Customer & Market Research: Gather and prioritize customer and market requirements. Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities.
Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with engineering teams to develop and launch products. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer support to ensure product success.
Stakeholder Communication: Communicate product plans and progress to stakeholders. Present findings and recommendations to leadership.
Regulatory & Compliance: Ensure products comply with security, legal, and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related scientific or technical discipline from an accredited college or university.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, marketing, or related roles.
Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working with Agile development methodologies.
Technical proficiency and familiarity with software development processes.
Ability to work independently and drive projects in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree in a relevant field.
Experience in software development and state and local government contracting.
Familiarity with product management tools.
