    Position Overview:

    T12 Technologies seeks a Senior Product Owner to join our team on a PRN (as-needed-to-full-time basis) and serve as a key stakeholder in product development, bridging the gap between business needs and technical execution. This role defines product requirements, manages the product backlog, and collaborates with the Scrum Team to deliver high-quality solutions. The Senior Product Owner works closely with internal and external stakeholders to align product development with business goals and customer needs.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Product Vision & Strategy: Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and strategic objectives. Align product development with business goals and customer expectations. Continuously assess market trends and competitive landscapes to drive innovation.

    Requirement Gathering & Prioritization: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document product requirements. Translate business needs into well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria. Maintain and prioritize the product backlog to ensure development aligns with business priorities.

    Agile Product Development: Work closely with the Scrum Master and development team to ensure successful sprint planning and execution. Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to clarify product requirements. Ensure timely delivery of product features and enhancements.

    Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the Scrum Team. Facilitate discussions with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and clear communication. Present product updates, feature releases, and performance metrics to leadership and key stakeholders.

    Product Performance & Continuous Improvement: Monitor product performance through key performance indicators (KPIs) and user feedback. Identify areas for improvement and drive enhancements based on data-driven insights. Lead product refinement efforts to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

    Required Qualifications:

    Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field from an accredited institution.

    Three (3) years of equivalent experience in a related field may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.

    Experience:

    Minimum of six (6) years of experience in product management.

    Proven track record of successfully managing product development in an Agile/Scrum environment.

    Strong background in gathering business requirements and translating them into actionable product features.

    Technical & Soft Skills:

    In-depth knowledge of Agile frameworks and Scrum methodologies.

    Experience with product management tools.

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar Agile certification.

    Experience in software development or product management.

    Familiarity with UX/UI best practices and user-centered design principles.

    Work remote temporarily due to COVID-19.
