Our client is a midsize Gov Con seeking a Senior Project Control Analyst to join their growing team. This role will serve as the prime contact and responsible for finance management, reporting and funding activities including allocating funds, plans and tracking EAC/ETC.
This role will be hybrid, based at Fort Meade, MD. Active TS/SCI clearance is required.
Responsibilities:- Manage all financial activities for prime programs, to include labor hours management, travel processing, and materials reporting
- Engage in subcontractor management including, but not limited to, timesheet management, invoice processing and compiling funding documents
- Complete project accounting responsibilities within Unanet
- Review invoices and provide approval prior to submission to customer
- Develop and maintain program budgets and forecasts
- Conduct monthly analysis to ensure revenue and project cost accuracy
- Ensure all monthly internal and external deliverables are completed on schedule
- Participate in regular program reviews providing financial information as needed
