We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager/Architect to lead complex projects from inception to delivery, ensuring successful project execution, client satisfaction, and team collaboration. Our client, located in Metro Detroit, is a dynamic and growing firm in need of talent with strong design skills and a desire to grow.

As a key member of our project management team, you will oversee project planning, budgeting, and scheduling while maintaining high-quality design standards and client relationships.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in project management and architecture, with a degree in Architecture or related field
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills * Proficient in project management software, such as Procore, MS Project, or Asana
• Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction industry standards

Preferred Qualifications

• LEED AP or NCARB certification
• Experience with BIM software, such as Revit or Autodesk
• Familiarity with construction documentation, permitting, and inspections
• Strong network of industry professionals and suppliers
