    We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and manage federal construction projects in Grand Forks, ND. This role is critical for ensuring the successful delivery of large-scale construction projects with a focus on safety, quality, and client satisfaction. While experience in federal construction is highly preferred, we are open to candidates with a strong background in managing complex construction projects.

    This position can also be set up as a full-time traveling role for the right candidate.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Project Leadership: Lead and manage all aspects of federal construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

    • Team Management: Oversee project teams, including subcontractors and consultants, ensuring clear communication and coordination among all parties involved.

    • Scheduling: Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules, making adjustments as necessary to meet project milestones and deadlines.

    • Safety & Quality Control: Implement and enforce safety and quality control protocols on-site, ensuring compliance with all federal and local regulations.

    • Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, conducting regular meetings to review project progress, address concerns, and ensure client satisfaction.

    • Budget Oversight: Manage project budgets, including tracking expenditures and ensuring cost control measures are in place.

    • Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and resolve issues that may arise during the construction process, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.

    Qualifications:

    • 7-10+ years of experience in project management within the construction industry, with a strong preference for federal construction experience.

    • Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale construction projects on time and within budget.

    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate diverse teams.

    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

    • Proficient in project management software and tools, such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar.

    • Knowledge of federal construction regulations and standards is a plus.

    • Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.

    Education:
    Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
