    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of large-scale earthwork, grading, utility, and site development projects.

    • Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring a culture of accountability, enthusiasm, and high performance.

    • Effectively manage, mentor, and develop project managers, field personnel, and subcontractors to maximize productivity.

    • Create project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure efficient execution.

    • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, engineers, and internal teams to maintain seamless project delivery.

    • Identify and proactively resolve project challenges, keeping projects on track.

    • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry best practices.

    • Oversee contract negotiations, change orders, and project documentation.

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to enhance business opportunities.

    Qualifications:

    • 7+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably in earthwork, grading, utilities, or site development.

    • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not required).

    • Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, creating a positive and productive work environment.

    • Strong knowledge of heavy civil construction processes, equipment, and materials.

    • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

    • Proficiency in project management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project.

    • Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and contracts.

    • Strong financial acumen, including cost tracking and budget management.

    • Passion for the industry, strong work ethic, and a drive for continuous growth.
