    We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead transportation business development and project delivery efforts for the Jacksonville market. This is a high-impact leadership role with direct influence on office growth, team building, and market presence. The ideal candidate will bring strong relationships with FDOT and municipal agencies, along with a proven track record in project management and team leadership.

    Position: Senior Project Manager
    Compensation: $160K - $180K
    Location: Jacksonville, FL

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead the development and growth of the Jacksonville transportation practice.

    • Retain and grow client relationships with FDOT and local government agencies.

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and manage project pursuits.

    • Build and manage a high-performing transportation design team.

    • Serve as the primary client-facing leader for transportation projects in the region.

    • Collaborate with senior leadership on annual business planning and strategy.

    • Oversee project performance including staffing, budget, schedule, and quality control.

    • Mentor junior staff and develop the next generation of leadership.

    • Develop and implement departmental policies to improve operational efficiency.

    • Champion a culture of business development and revenue growth.

    • Provide strategic leadership aligned with company goals and initiatives.

    Qualifications

    • 10+ years of experience in transportation engineering and project management.

    • Minimum 5 years in a leadership role managing teams or departments.

    • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master’s degree preferred).

    • Demonstrated success in developing client relationships and growing market share.

    • Established network within FDOT and local municipal agencies.

    • Experience managing P&L and departmental operations.
