    A Senior Project Manager is responsible for providing leadership, planning, organization, direction, and control of an individual project to meet the operational goals. He/She is responsible for the efficient delivery of the processes without sacrificing the company’s commitment to quality, integrity, and profits consistent with the set objectives. A Project Manager, Level I accepts ultimate responsibility for the project's success including quality assurance, safety, financial performance, and Owner satisfaction in addition to the harmonious performance of the project staff.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Reporting and Metrics: Regularly report on project progress, success criteria, and key metrics to stakeholders, and manage testing and deployment activities effectively.
    • Problem-Solving and Innovation: Encourage a problem-solving mindset within the team, fostering innovation and excellence in project delivery.
    • Process Improvement: Continuously improve project management practices, tools, and partnerships to enhance organizational capabilities.
