An award winning civil engineering and construction firm in Camp Springs, MD is hiring for a Senior Project Manager to join their growing team. This is a key hire that will be responsible for the overall project management infrastructure of the organization and serve as the primary Project Manager for all civil construction projects.

Responsibilities: 

• Manage resources - Identify and procure resources, estimate project budgets, and set project scopes and schedules 
• Planning - plan, develop, and execute project deliverables 
• Managing - manage team members, compile reports, cross-team coordination, and other executive-level tasks
• Oversee quality control and ensure compliance within project scope

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in the civil engineering or construction domains in either public or private development 
• 3+ years of project management experience
• Working knowledge of PM software systems such as Procore, Bluebeam or similar tools
