Perform all monthly and annual accounting functions for 5 properties, GAAP utilizing Yardi software.
Month end financial reporting, including analysis of prepaid and accrual
general ledger accts, bank reconciliations, inter-company calculations
and billing, calculation and payment of management fees, A/R and security deposit analysis,
and variance analysis between actual expenses and budgets.
Maintaining utility bills for vacated tenants,
Annual utility consumption analysis.
Putting together month end reports to send to the clients, and other entities.
Providing the auditor with research material for the year-end audit and
answering their questions, including GL detail, check registers and mortgage reserve analysis.
Putting together the budget spreadsheets for all properties, including charting rents,
reflecting the current year reforecast and doing variance reports between this year and last year’s budgets.
Conferring with property management to convey all the relevant details.
