    SVN Cornerstone is seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to join our team. The primary focus of this role is to manage and expand our diverse property portfolio, encompassing both commercial and residential assets. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of property management, including tenant relations, marketing initiatives, leasing strategies, project management, and vendor coordination.

    We are looking for a motivated self-starter with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate should possess a proven track record in managing a variety of property types, including NNN, industrial, retail, and office buildings, as well as residential properties.     Primary Responsibilities:

    Target potential properties to manage

    Conduct regular property inspections to assess maintenance needs and proactively address potential issues

    Work closely with contractors and service providers to coordinate maintenance and repairs efficiently

    Address tenant inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring high levels of customer service.

    Maintain rent rolls, create lease abstracts and track lease renewals for managed properties

    Track proper insurance coverage for all entities

    Work with the accountant to maintain all property management accounting and financial records

    Prepare monthly management reports for entity owners

    Prepare CAM budgets and CAM reconciliations for managed properties

    Perform general office administrative

    Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal property regulations

    Qualifications

    Must have at least 3-5 years of experience working as a Property Manager

    Must have excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills

    Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to oversee multiple properties and projects efficiently

    Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to handling challenges.

    Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and spreadsheet management

    Familiarity with Yardi and Google Suite is a plus

    Knowledge of accounting

    Detail-oriented, highly motivated and able to work independently while also collaborating with a team

    Positive, can-do, professional attitude
