Requirements:
- 15+ years of pulp and paper engineering experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
- Professional Engineering registration highly preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
- Proficient in CAD software, Microsoft Office, and project simulation tools
