In this role, you'll spearhead initiatives to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and drive improvements in clinical outcomes. What you'll be doing?
- Develop and oversee quality improvement and patient safety programs.
- Collaborate with team members to create a culture of continuous improvement.
- Mentor and lead quality teams and healthcare professionals.
- Educate staff on best practices for quality and safety.
- Manage data collection and analysis for key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Prepare reports for senior leadership and regulatory agencies.
- Implement evidence-based practices to enhance quality initiatives.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree required.  Master’s degree preferred. 
-  Proven leadership experience in healthcare quality and safety.
-  Demonstrable improvements in healthcare quality and patient safety.
- CPHQ and CPPS, or a willingness to obtain within a year of employment.
