A law firm in Encinitas, CA seeks a Real Estate Litigation Attorney with a minimum of 5 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully handling a wide range of real estate disputes and will be well-versed in all stages of litigation. This is a remote position with the opportunity for growth and advancement within our firm Responsibilities: • Represent clients in all phases of real estate litigation, including case assessment, pleadings, discovery, pre-trial, trial, settlement, and appeal • Develop litigation strategies and lead negotiations to resolve disputes favorably • Conduct research and provide legal guidance on complex real estate laws and transactions • Draft and review legal documents relating to real estate transactions and litigation • Leverage and cultivate new client relationships, generate business leads and contribute to the firm’s overall revenue growth by strategically engaging with PNCs and referral sources. Qualifications: • Five years of experience as a senior associate in the legal industry • Work independently while handling a heavy caseload • Applicants must have trial, mediation, and arbitration representation experience • Persuasive writing skills and verbal communication skills are critical, along with time management and interpersonal skills • Four-year bachelor’s degree and successful completion of law school from an accredited law school • Member of state and local bar associations in good standing • All candidates must reside and work in Southern California. • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school. • Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar. • Licensed to practice in the state of California with at least 5 years of experience. • Excellent analytical, communication, and advocacy skills. • Strong drafting and writing skills. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to client service. • Proven ability to work independently. • Desire for continuous learning and professional growth. • Passion for community engagement and building relationships. • Prior experience working in a remote setting.
