We're seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Manager to join our Talent Acquisition team and play a key role in attracting and hiring top talent.

    Job Summary:

    As a Senior Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for leading the recruitment efforts for our consulting teams, focusing on experienced hire and senior-level positions. This includes resource management and identifying the right skillset match for consulting engagements for our clients. You will develop and implement recruitment strategies, build relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders, and ensure a best-in-class candidate experience. You will also be responsible for planning resource allocation, ensuring that the team of consultants are matched to the work that best meets priorities.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Recruitment Strategy:

    Develop and execute recruitment plans to meet business objectives.

    Identify and prioritize target talent pools, including passive candidates and competitors. As a representative of Ember Group Consulting, you will be expected to attend occasional evening and weekend events, conferences, and networking activities to foster relationships with clients, thought leaders, and the broader community, embodying our firm's values and brand.

    Talent Acquisition:

    Lead the recruitment process for experienced hire and senior-level positions.

    Conduct intake sessions with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs.

    Develop and maintain a network of top talent and industry connections.

    Resource Mgt. & Candidate Experience:

    Ensure a positive and efficient candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

    Develop and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders. Identify candidates for consulting engagements Analyzing current and future projects to determine the specific skills and talent required for each role. Predicting future staffing needs based on historical data, business trends, and anticipated growth. Identifying areas where the current workforce lacks the necessary skills to fulfill upcoming projects

    Process Improvement:

    Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes and strategies across the firm.

    Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team & Resource Mgt. team to share best practices and drive innovation.

    Requirements:

    Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

    Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on experienced hire and senior-level positions.

    Experience with recruitment technology and tools, such as applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR information systems (HRIS).

    Nice to Have:

    Certifications: Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or CIR.

    Experience in Management Consulting: Experience working in a management consulting firm or a related industry.
