We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Regional Clinical Director to lead our clinical teams in North Carolina and Georgia.
Job Summary:
The Senior Regional Clinical Director will oversee and manage clinical operations across multiple locations in North Carolina and Georgia. The role requires a highly experienced and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a proven track record of clinical leadership, staff development, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality ABA services. The successful candidate will play a vital role in advancing Reliatus Behavioral Health's mission by fostering growth, maintaining clinical integrity, and driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Leadership and Oversight: - Provide clinical supervision and guidance to Clinical Directors, Lead BCBAs, and ABA teams across the North Carolina and Georgia regions.
- Ensure high-quality ABA services are delivered in compliance with Reliatus Behavioral Health's standards, BACB guidelines, and state regulations.
- Conduct regular quality assurance reviews and oversee clinical outcomes to ensure client progress and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other senior leaders to develop and implement evidence-based clinical programs and initiatives.
Team Development and Management: - Lead, mentor, and support Clinical Directors and BCBAs in achieving professional growth and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training of clinical staff.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to optimize team performance.
- Promote a culture of excellence, teamwork, and innovation within the clinical team.
Operations and Regional Oversight: - Partner with the executive leadership team to identify growth opportunities and expand services across North Carolina and Georgia.
- Support regional operations by managing resource allocation, ensuring appropriate caseload distribution, and streamlining clinical processes.
- Participate in strategic planning and decision-making to support the organization's long-term goals.
- Ensure compliance with all ethical, legal, and funding source requirements.
Client and Family Engagement: - Serve as a clinical resource for families and clients, addressing concerns and ensuring optimal client satisfaction.
- Oversee the development of individualized treatment plans, behavior intervention plans (BIPs), and progress reports.
- Actively participate in case reviews and provide clinical recommendations to ensure treatment effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Education and Certification: - Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
- Current and active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Licensure in the states of North Carolina and Georgia, or the ability to obtain licensure prior to employment.
Experience: - Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a BCBA.
- At least 2 years of experience in a Clinical Director or equivalent leadership role, managing multi-site clinical teams.
- Proven experience in supervising BCBAs and other clinical staff, with a strong focus on training, mentorship, and professional development.
- Demonstrated success in managing regional clinical operations and ensuring adherence to quality standards.

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse clinical team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.

- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with staff, families, and stakeholders.
- Proficient in clinical documentation, electronic health record (EHR) systems, and ABA software tools.
Travel Requirements:
- Regional travel across North Carolina and Georgia is required to provide on-site support, conduct team meetings, and oversee clinical operations.
