We are seeking an experienced Senior Regional Nurse Consultant for the Orange County Area.
This is a full-time, permanent, salaried position with a trusted skilled nursing operator. Our client places employees at the forefront. You can expect a salary between
$165k-$185k plus bonus opportunity, depending on experience. This role is hiring immediately.

Clinical Leadership & Support- Act as a key clinical resource for nursing staff, offering guidance on complex patient care needs.
- Assist in developing and implementing evidence-based clinical protocols and procedures.
- Support the nursing team in delivering compassionate and effective care aligned with industry best practices.
Quality & Compliance Oversight
- Lead initiatives to improve patient outcomes and overall care quality.
- Analyze clinical data to identify trends and implement necessary improvements.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local healthcare regulations, including Medicare and Medicaid requirements.
- Participate in regulatory audits and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
Education & Staff Development
- Design and facilitate training programs to enhance nursing staff knowledge and clinical skills.
- Serve as a mentor and coach, fostering professional growth within the clinical team.
- Stay informed on evolving clinical best practices and regulatory changes.
Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care and facility operations.
- Maintain open, professional communication with residents, families, staff, and regulatory agencies.
- Represent the facility in industry events, professional networks, and community organizations.
Qualifications:- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s in Nursing or Healthcare Administration preferred.
- Licensure: Active RN license in [State].
- Experience: At least 7 years of clinical nursing experience, including 3+ years in a senior leadership role within skilled nursing.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities. Proficiency in quality improvement initiatives and regulatory compliance.

- Be prepared for occasional schedule flexibility, including emergency callbacks.

Physical Requirements:- Ability to move throughout the facility and assist with patient care as needed.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs independently, with team assistance required for heavier lifting.
- Comfortable reading fine print on medical documents and digital devices.
