Our client is the largest government agency in Los Angeles County with over 30 departments in the County.

JOB SUMMARY

A Sr. Reporting Analyst provides comprehensive dashboards and reports that help our organization make data-driven decisions; leverage advanced analytical skills and business acumen to distill complex data into clear, concise, and actionable dashboards and reports; develop, implement and deliver data reporting services, including data preparation, analysis, modelling and visualizations.

Skills Required:

Five (5) + years of professional experience implementing BI technologies and ArcGIS StoryMaps through data analytics and visualization.

Three (3) + years of experience using Power BI to create data models, datasets and reports

One (1) year experience administering Power BI Service, Gateway and Capacity Administration

One (1) year experience using ArcGIS StoryMaps and ArcGIS API for Python

One (1) year experience with Databricks, Snowflake, and Genie which includes data cleaning techniques, including handling missing values and data formatting issues One (1) + years of experience in Python language and SQL programming using data sources like SQL Server, Oracle, and Posgres

Work Experience Preferred:
This position requires the possession of a Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related or engineering field. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis. and Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Professional Certificate
