We are seeking an experienced Senior Residential Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of properties, lead a team, and ensure top-tier service. Responsibilities: • Resident & Client Relations: Provide outstanding service to residents and work closely with the Client Services team to meet property owner expectations. • Retention & Performance: Implement strategies to maintain high occupancy rates, minimize vacancies, and meet key performance metrics (rent collection, lease renewals, property performance). • Vendor Management: Oversee vendors to ensure timely, cost-effective maintenance and repairs. • Operational Leadership: Manage move-ins, move-outs, routine maintenance, and inspections in collaboration with the on-site team. • Strategic Growth & Development: Actively contribute to the company’s growth through participation in strategy and problem-solving meetings. • Creative Problem-Solving: Innovate and optimize processes to improve property performance and resident satisfaction. Qualifications: • Experience: 2+ years in property management, with a strong understanding of residential property operations. 3rd party residential property management is a huge plus. • Licensing: A valid South Carolina Property Manager license is required. • Customer-Focused: Strong relationship-building skills with residents and owners. • Proven Track Record: Success in resident retention, minimizing vacancies, rent collection, and property performance. • Strategic Thinker: Ability to implement creative solutions and drive company initiatives. • Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Tech-Savvy: Experience with property management software (AppFolio experience is a plus). • Organized & Self-Motivated: Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently to achieve goals. • Leadership Skills: Experience leading a team and holding them accountable. Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 yearly
