    Job Description:

    Hand and Stone in Chesterfield Township is currently seeking a sales leader who is passionate about sales, as well as health and well-being. Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is a national franchise specializing in massage, facial, and hair removal services. With over 600 locations, the Hand & Stone brand is a leader in the membership-based spa service industry.

    We are looking for someone local to the area and looking for a long-term role in a stable and positive environment with growth opportunities. Our Senior Sales Associate plays a critical role in ensuring that our customers' engagement and experience at our spa is nothing less than exceptional!

    This position is designed for people who are interested in learning about the wellness industry and growing in their career. Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of sales and customer service experience.

    Job Requirements:

    Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

    Excellent personal appearance, and good verbal and written communication skills.

    Ability to handle stressful situations professionally and multitask with ease all while focusing on the guest

    Sales Experience

    Responsibilities:

    Work with Manager & Owner to create sales goals

    Overcome objections during the sales process and increase the membership base

    Ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction, address customer dissatisfaction, resolve service complaints.

    Ensure compliance with all Hand & Stone policies and procedures in addition to the local, state, and federal laws and regulations.

    Hire, train, supervise, develop, mentor all team members according to Hand & Stone policies and procedures.

    Motivate and empower the team to achieve high standards.
