We provide a competitive starting salary of $50,000, along with the opportunity to receive monthly bonuses based on performance. Responsibilities: Core Responsibilities: • Deliver a concierge-level experience to all potential clients, making them feel valued and supported. • Manage all client interactions with poise, professionalism, and empathy. • Utilize emotional intelligence to understand and assess potential clients’ needs, goals, and concerns. • Qualify potential new clients to determine if they are a good fit for the firm. • Guide qualified clients smoothly into representation with the firm, fostering trust and confidence. Qualifications: Skills Needed: • A minimum of two years of experience in a reception or customer service role is preferred. • At least two years of experience in a sales position, with a focus on relationship-building. • Results-orientation with a proven ability to meet performance targets. • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. • High emotional intelligence. • Dependable, reliable, and able to manage tasks efficiently. • Technical Proficiency: familiarity with Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, and Excel platforms, a plus. • Experience in a law firm setting, especially in estate planning, is a strong plus.
