    Key Duties and Responsibilities

    Cultivating solid relationships with major customers to ensure a continuous flow of sales revenue.

    Qualifying inbound leads and prospects via phone and email

    Present and sell company’s products and services to new and existing customers

    Prospect, plan and conduct routine visits with new and existing clients

    Negotiating terms and conditions with clients

    Maintaining accurate records of the total number of sales made, potential and existing customers, as well as sales employee performance evaluations.

    Handle complaints and resolve issues to customer’s satisfaction

    Ensuring all sales administration and customer service activities run smooth

    Cultivating solid relationships with major customers to ensure a continuous flow of sales revenue

    Maintaining accurate records of the total number of sales made, potential and existing customers, as well as sales employee performance evaluations

    Preferred Qualifications

    Must have high school diplomas or college degree

    Min. 3 years of sales experience in the logistics/freight forwarding field

    Must have a reasonable knowledge in operational matters

    Advance knowledge of logistical concepts and supply chain management

    Team Player

    Willing to travel

    Able to create own sales leads

    Eager to succeed, being proactive and aggressive with the approach of new business

    Preferrable having a customer base (doesn’t matter if small)

    Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills

    Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9AM - 6PM (1 hour lunch break)
