In this role, you will drive revenue and expand our client base through exceptional customer service, strategic sales planning, and relationship building. As a Senior Sales Manager, you will work with a talented team and collaborate with various departments throughout the hotel to ensure the best possible experience for our guests. Responsibilities: • Outline our sales strategies and objectives to ensure we make our sales goals • Counsel your sales team members, evaluate their performance, and offer suggestions for improvement • Present sales reports to the team that accurately represent sales efforts including sales progress and volume to more accurately forecast future goals • Ensure our sales staff achieves their goals by making sales plans for each sales representative, setting individual sales targets, assigning territories, and managing their ongoing training programs • Keep the company growing by identifying new sales opportunities, emerging markets, and lead-generation programs Qualifications: • Hotel Sales experience • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field • Exemplary communication skills, leadership skills, and analytical skills • 3-5 years of experience in sales management as a sales executive or in a leadership role in the sales department
