    Senior Sales Manager

    An industry leader in technical facility services is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to lead and expand its Commercial HVAC sales team across the Desert Mountain Region, including Phoenix, Tucson, and Las Vegas. This is a high-impact leadership role ideal for someone with a strong commercial mechanical services background, a hunter mentality, and a proven track record in building and scaling high-performing sales teams.

    This position offers competitive pay, performance bonuses, and long-term incentives.

    Essential Functions

    • Lead, manage, and expand a high-performing sales team (currently 5 and growing).
    • Oversee and drive sales growth across the Phoenix, Tucson, and Las Vegas markets.
    • Collaborate with operations to align sales strategy and service delivery.
    • Drive revenue through intangible/service-based selling, including preventative maintenance, retrofits, and projects within Mechanical/HVAC.
    • Maintain and grow an existing book of business while identifying new commercial opportunities.
    • Interface with C-level clients and building owners, presenting cost-effective HVAC service solutions.
    • Ensure consistent monthly engagement in all regional territories.
    • Provide leadership, coaching, and development to the sales team to enhance performance and accountability.

    Qualifications

    • 5+ years in sales leadership roles within Commercial HVAC/Mechanical Services.
    • 5+ years of outside sales experience selling service contracts, PM, and projects in HVAC.
    • Strong background in commercial facility services (not residential).
    • Demonstrated success in intangible/conceptual selling.
    • Proven “hunter” mentality with a track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals.
    • Financial acumen with experience presenting to C-suite and building owners.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • History of achieving sales awards or recognitions.
    Education
    •  Bachelor’s degree (additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree).
