Key Responsibilities:

Conduct roof inspections and provide tailored solutions to customers.

Present and sell roofing services to residential and commercial property owners.

Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently.

Achieve and exceed sales targets and goals.

Stay informed about industry trends, company services, and competitor activities.

Collaborate with project managers to ensure seamless execution of contracts.

Represent Storm Guard with professionalism and integrity.

Qualifications:

Proven sales experience, preferably in roofing or construction.

Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Experience with CRM software is a plus.
