    Compensation Package: Base salary $100,000-$120,000 plus bi-annual performance bonus creates potential total earnings of $145,000/year.

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Senior Sales Representative to join our team. As a Senior Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing new prospects and interacting with assigned customers to increase sales and margin of the company's products and/or services. Your primary focus will be face-to-face selling and account management activities to meet sales revenue goals by assessing customer needs and suggesting appropriate products, services and/or solutions to ensure a smooth sales process. There will be a certain degree of creativity and latitude required. You will be expected to engage with all levels of the customers’ organizations including technical, operations, and management. You may be required to develop and deliver sales bids, presentations, proposals and/or product demonstrations.     Responsibilities:

    Develop target customer list, work with sales and marketing teams to execute sales plans and achieve sales targets.

    Become an expert in our GPS wireless technology and become competent to demo and sell our robot technology.

    Travel to appointments to demo, meet and negotiate deals with potential customers.

    Use best practices in negotiation and sales techniques to close sales.

    Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs.

    Provide weekly written recap on sales pipeline inside CRM sales system.

    Achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual sales objectives.

    Develop rapport and build relationships with existing and potential customers.

    Follow up on lead generation from our marketing and inside sales team and properly record notes and follow up tasks in our CRM.

    Provides daily / weekly input on all pipeline activity (opportunities) and managing the stages of the deal.

    Works National and Regional industry trade shows as assigned by management.

    Manage A/R for your customers.

    Finish minimum customer contacts per month (meetings, demos, e-mails, phone calls, etc.)

    Use best practices in negotiation and sales techniques to close sales.

    Develop target dealer list, work with sales and marketing teams to create and covert sales leads.

    Maintain customer contacts and demonstrates detail in follow-up with customers to maintain relationship.

    Stay informed on industry-specific trends and landscapes.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s degree

    Minimum 5 years in outside sales related to outdoor power equipment, agriculture or construction equipment.

    Brand management and sales channel management experience.

    Excellent negotiation, customer service, and written/verbal communication skills.

    Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) skills.

    Competency using a sales CRM tool like SalesForce, Hubspot, etc.

    Bi-Lingual in English and Spanish or Mandarin is a plus.

    Clean driving record.

    Confident while at the same time possessing self-awareness with the ability to keep one’s ego in check by being sincerely approachable and personable.

    Enjoys interaction with others socially and professionally.

    Clear, common-sense thinker with critical reasoning skills. Able to listen and acquire critical information.

    Able and willing to lift 70 pounds multiple times per day to demonstrate a product.

    Must be able to pass a background check.
