The Senior Salesforce Developer position involves close collaboration with the IT team and senior business leaders to enhance our processes and create exceptional experiences. This is a unique opportunity to engage with business needs and drive the implementation of solutions, including requirements gathering, development, and deployment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce Health Cloud solutions to fulfill business requirements.
- Work with stakeholders to understand their needs and convert them into technical specifications.
- Customize and configure Salesforce Health Cloud to enhance patient management, care coordination, and interoperability.
- Develop and maintain custom applications, workflows, and integrations using Apex, Omnistudio, Flows, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
- Ensure data quality, security, and compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
- Stay informed about the latest Salesforce Health Cloud features and best practices to continuously enhance the experiences we offer to our patients and caregivers.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience as a Salesforce Developer, particularly with Health Cloud.
- Proficiency in Salesforce development tools, including Apex, Omnistudio, Flows, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
- Strong understanding of healthcare industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Experience with data integration tools and techniques, such as APIs and ETL processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with the capability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Health Cloud Consultant or Salesforce Certified Platform Developer.
- Experience with Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
- Familiarity with DataCloud and Einstein AI capabilities.
- Knowledge of healthcare data standards, such as HL7 or FHIR.
- Understanding of EMR/EHR core concepts and integration.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
