    Summary: 

    Our award-winning client is seeking an Senior Subcontracts Supervisor to join their team.This hybrid position can be based in Cambridge, MA, Reston, VA, or St. Petersburg, FL. As a Senior Subcontracts Supervisor, you will collaborate closely with the Director of Subcontracts to oversee and execute a wide range of procurement and subcontract activities. Your leadership will be instrumental in guiding a team of Subcontracts Analysts and Senior Subcontracts Analysts to success.

    Responsibilities: 

    • Mentor and develop a high-performing subcontracts team, providing guidance on subcontract management processes and best practices.
    • Oversee the entire subcontract lifecycle, including solicitation, analysis, negotiation, award, and post-award administration.
    • Identify and evaluate potential subcontractors, conducting thorough analysis to select optimal partners.
    • Ensure adherence to government regulations, company policies, and industry standards. Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
    • Collaborate with internal and external auditors to provide necessary documentation and support.
    • Work closely with program management, engineering, and contracts teams to achieve project objectives.
    • Develop innovative solutions to complex subcontract challenges.
    • Contribute to the development and enhancement of subcontract management processes.

    Required Qualifications: 

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
    • 5-7 years of progressive experience in subcontracts management, procurement, or related areas.
    • Proven leadership and team management skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
