    Our client, a general contractor, is seeking a Senior TI Superintendent to join their firm. The ideal candidate will be skilled in managing commercial TI construction projects and possess strong leadership and communication abilities. This role involves guiding field labor, fostering team relationships, and creating a supportive environment for both clients and team members.

    Superintendent Responsibilities:

    • Serve as the main contact for on-site activities from mobilization to project completion.
    • Oversee project quality, schedule, cost, and safety.
    • Enforce the company’s safety program through strong leadership.
    • Manage the construction schedule and subcontractors.
    • Communicate regularly with field and office staff, supporting the project team.
    • Ensure company policies are followed and promote compliance among staff.
    • Represent and advocate for the company with clients and subcontractors.
    • Contribute to marketing efforts and foster a positive team attitude.
    • Train and mentor team members, recognizing their achievements.

    Superintendent Qualifications:

    • At least 5 years of construction experience in commercial TI or new construction. Prefer 10+ years.
    • Experience with larger projects - $1-5M +
    • Skilled in Microsoft Office Project, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
    • Experienced in interpreting drawings and specifications (PlanGrid/Bluebeam).
    • Certifications- CESCL, OSHA 10, and First Aid/CPR,
