Our client is a leader in the commercial building construction industry, specializing in high-quality cast-in-place concrete work. With a strong reputation for delivering exceptional concrete construction services, they focus on a wide range of projects including High-Rise Office, Multi-Family, Mixed-Use, Higher Education, Healthcare, and Recreation markets. As the company continues to expand, they are looking to add a Senior Superintendent to their team to lead mid-to-high rise commercial building projects in the Southeast region, based out of their Nashville, TN office. Position Summary:
The Senior Superintendent will oversee and manage commercial concrete construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing large-scale concrete projects ranging from $5M to $30M+ and a strong commitment to quality and client satisfaction. This is a key leadership role with a direct impact on the success and growth of the company’s Southeast operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage commercial concrete projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budget, and quality standards
• Supervise and coordinate project teams, subcontractors, and vendors
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and enforce best practices in safety on all job sites
• Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Track project progress and prepare regular updates for senior management
• Resolve any issues or delays on-site in a proactive manner
• Maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and project delivery
• Ensure projects are properly documented and all reports are completed on time
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience managing commercial concrete construction projects, ranging from $5M to $30M+
• Strong understanding of concrete construction processes, techniques, and materials
• Proven experience managing mid-to-high rise commercial projects
• Client-driven with a strong attention to detail
• Reliable, dependable, and a team player with excellent leadership skills
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients, subcontractors, and team members
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to resolve issues efficiently on-site
• Familiarity with construction project management software and tools
• Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel as needed
