As an experienced Survey Project Manager, you will be an integral part of a company that values expertise, innovation, and a commitment to excellence. Your role will involve leading and managing diverse surveying projects, utilizing cutting-edge technology, and contributing to the rich legacy of our firm.

Responsibilities:
- Spearhead topographic surveys, boundary/ALTA surveys, ROW determination, utility location surveys, and construction stakeout projects, showcasing your expertise in a variety of surveying services.
- Lead hydrographic bathymetric surveys and aerial survey control, adding a dynamic dimension to your skill set.
- Execute high-precision facility surveys and high-order geodetic control surveys, playing a pivotal role in projects that demand precision and accuracy.
- Collaborate with project managers and interdisciplinary teams to provide strategic insights and ensure the successful execution of surveying initiatives.
- Drive innovation by participating in GIS data acquisition, 3D laser scanning, and 3D GPS machine control digital terrain models, enhancing project efficiency and outcomes.
- Uphold compliance with industry standards, local regulations, and project-specific requirements, ensuring the highest quality in all deliverables.
- Contribute to the evolution of surveying methodologies and best practices, shaping the future of the profession.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Professional Land Surveyor in the state of New Jersey.
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven track record in diverse and challenging land surveying projects.
- Proficient in utilizing surveying instruments, GPS technology, and CAD software.
- Exceptional organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated experience in high-precision surveys, including historical retracement projects.
