Senior Systems Analyst – Healthcare Data Migration

Austin, Texas (Onsite) Long Term Contract Need Overall 10+Years of experience 3 References from the recent projects is must.

Minimum Qualifications:

· 8 years of experience in database management systems, workflows, and data migration and healthcare EHR systems using HL7

· 8 years of experience in Oracle Cerner Millennium database and Cerner Command Language (CCL) for data extraction

· 8 years of business analysis, operational procedures, and solution automation

· 8 years of experience in EHR application development and system workflow analysis

· 8 years of experience documenting process flows and conducting data analysis

· 8 years of experience in data input/output specification and resolving complex data issues

· 8 years of excellent communication skills

· 8 years of knowledge of IT industry trends

· 8 years of experience with architectural concepts and tools

· 8 years of experience with complex data issue resolution

· 8 years of leadership and team collaboration

Preferred:

· 2 years of experience with Texas DIR Project Delivery Framework

· 2 years of experience with SaaS model EHR systems and cloud data migrations

· 2 years of experience in regulatory compliance and data security to healthcare data

· 2 years of Agile Scrum Methodology knowledge

Specific Skills:

· Data migration from Oracle Cerner Millennium database

· Scripting for data extraction in HL7 format

· System analysis and solution identification

· Test execution and debugging

· Reporting and stakeholder communication

· End-user training and documentation
