    Key Responsibilities

    • Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, corporations, and partnerships, ensuring compliance with current regulations.
    • Advise clients on strategies to minimize their tax liability and maximize benefits.
    • Stay updated on federal, state, and local tax law changes to provide clients with accurate guidance.
    • Collaborate with colleagues and mentor junior team members to foster a culture of learning.
    • Conduct financial record reviews to ensure accuracy and identify opportunities for improvement.
    • Communicate directly with clients to gather documentation and answer inquiries.

    Who You Are

    • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA or EA certification is a plus.
    • Experienced Professional: At least 3 years of experience in tax preparation and public accounting.
    • Detail-Oriented: Strong analytical skills and a commitment to delivering precise work.
    • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in accounting software, Microsoft Excel, and ideally Drake Tax.
    • Client-Focused: Exceptional communication skills with a knack for simplifying complex tax matters.
    • Team Player: Willingness to collaborate and contribute to a supportive team environment.
