Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership and Team Management: Develop and communicate a clear vision and strategic goals for the client delivery team, following Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) principles. Mentor and guide Senior Accountants, Staff Accountants, and Bookkeepers, ensuring efficient resource allocation and professional development.
Client Relationships and Quality Control: Maintain strong client relationships, ensure the highest levels of client satisfaction, and uphold quality control standards for client deliverables. Respond to client inquiries regarding reporting, strategy, and taxes.
Tax Planning and Preparation: Prepare and review business and individual tax returns, create tax projections, and respond to client tax notices. Prepare personal and corporate tax planning documents, and update clients’ payroll settings accordingly.
Performance Monitoring and Compliance: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track team performance, make data-driven decisions, and ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.
Advisory and Analysis Services: Provide monthly or quarterly advisory services, make recommendations on organizational and compensation structures, and assist with entity formation and employee incentive structures. Assist clients with government programs and grant opportunities.
Leadership: Key member of the Leadership team, sit in Leadership Team meetings and help make company-level decisions, implement company-wide processes, review potential new hires
