    As a Senior Technician Recruiter, you will oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle for technician/skilled laborer roles within our organization. Collaborating closely with hiring managers, you will understand their specific needs and develop effective sourcing strategies. This position calls for a strategic thinker with a robust understanding of the tech landscape and exceptional interpersonal skills to engage and evaluate candidates effectively.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment process for technical roles, encompassing sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers.
    • Sourcing Strategy: Create and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier candidates through various channels, including social media, networking, and job boards. Build relationships with relevant technical schools in our key markets.
    • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to identify hiring needs, craft job descriptions, and clarify the necessary technical skills and qualifications.
    • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
    • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor hiring practices to refine recruitment strategies and maintain a competitive edge in the talent market.
    • Data-Driven Recruitment: Utilize recruitment metrics to analyze and enhance the hiring process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
    • Brand Ambassador: Represent TAG at industry events, job fairs, and networking opportunities to promote our employer brand and attract potential candidates.
    Education and Experience Requirements:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 5-10 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong understanding of technical roles within the HVAC and broader mechanical services industries; experience hiring service and construction technicians within the HVACR specialty is a plus.
    • Proven success in filling technical positions with a focus on quality and efficiency.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
    • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

    $115,000 per year
