Qualifications
College Graduate with 5+ years of experience as a trainer
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Sound decision making and organizational skills
Ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences
Proficiency in MS office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel); saving training docs in PDF
Proven ability to master the full training cycle and possesses hands-on deployment of training modules and gets it reviewed and incorporated the comments from SMEs.
A serves as a subject-matter expert in the identification, design and development of course curriculum and lessons of applications developed within Amazon Connect and Salesforce technologies to be able to train the end users
Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniques
Presents well, professional manner and conducts customer needs assessments to prepare for the development and delivery of new training or to refresh existing training curriculum.
Ability to instruct and train all levels and types of customers (e.g., call center agents, trainees / apprentices, journey-level, supervisors and managers, train the trainer) in application solution.
Ability to provide expertise in best-in-class learning strategies, methods, processes and curriculum for developing call center agents and managers
Must possess practical hands-on demonstration proficiencies.
Candidate stays abreast of best practices in training to continuously develop methods for renewing/refreshing curriculum.
Ensures effective administration of training processes and policies.
Proficient in in-person, online, video, class room types of training
