    Traditional Labor Associate – Denver, CO

    Our client is seeking a Traditional Labor Associate with 6+ years of experience to join their Denver office. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with a strong background in collective bargaining, contract administration, and grievance arbitration to take on significant responsibilities in a dynamic legal environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Represent employers in collective bargaining negotiations and contract administration
    • Handle grievance arbitrations and counsel clients on labor relations matters
    • Defend and prosecute unfair labor practice charges before the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB)
    • Advise clients on compliance with federal and state labor laws
    • Work on employment litigation matters, with a preference for candidates who have labor-related experience

    Qualifications:

    • 6+ years of traditional labor experience, including collective bargaining and contract administration
    • Experience with unfair labor practice proceedings before the NLRB is preferred
    • Strong writing, analytical, and case management skills
    • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
    • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
    • Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
    • Admission to the Colorado Bar is required

    Compensation & Benefits:

    • Base salary range: $210,000 - $230,000 (actual compensation determined by experience, skills, and qualifications)
