Analyze, design, develop, and test industry-standard training materials in support of on-going continuing improvement and new releases.
Provide hands-on support for front-line worker and their supervisors.
Deliver quality training with measurable outcomes.
Conduct post-training assessments, including observation. Assist in establishing support tickets to identify training and support needs.
Mentor other eligibility Trainers in the best practices for adult learning.
