The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of litigation experience and a proven track record of leading multiple first-chair jury trials. While expertise in personal injury cases is preferred, criminal jury trial experience will also be taken into consideration. Responsibilities: • Lead all stages of litigation, starting from pre-trial preparations to handling appeals while effectively representing clients. • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior attorneys, emphasizing conflict resolution strategies. • Participate in continuous legal education and training activities alongside the legal team. • Conduct training and mentorship sessions for junior attorneys and staff members. • Work collaboratively with the dedicated legal team to ensure excellent client care is delivered.
